Join Our Cricket Blast Program This Summer!

Our club has proudly hosted the Cricket Blast program for over 20 years – and there’s no better way to get your child involved in cricket than starting with us!

 

Starting in November 2025, Woolworths Cricket Blast is an action-packed program for kids aged 5 to 7 of all abilities, designed to teach the basic skills of cricket in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

We’re excited to announce that David Worthington will be the Co-Ordinator in  2025/26, and that former Tyabb Blast graduate Tommy Lovich will be back again as program facilitator to run the sessions.

Program Details

• Starting 7th November 2025

• 10 fun-filled sessions

• Friday nights @ 4:45 PM 

• 1-hour duration per session

• Located at the Tyabb Cricket Club Nets (Bunguyan Reserve)

• Every child receives their own Blasters Pack and wears the colours of their favourite Big Bash heroes

Safety & Inclusivity

• All equipment supplied – including plastic bats and rubber balls

• Activities include softer balls, different ball sizes, and blind cricket balls

• We focus on your child’s abilities, not disabilities

• Our environment is welcoming, safe, and suitable for kids of all abilities
